The Lakeside Caravan Park is situated at the back of the chalets next to the shop and Highwayman Pub. It is far enough away for peace and quite but still within the Butlins Minehead complex so an easy walk to all the facilities. The caravans are in a tranquil setting which provides additional space and flexibility for all the family.

The Lakeside Caravan Park also has it's own fishing lake just for caravan users.

Butlins is ideally situated on the beach front and is a perfect holiday location for Minehead, Somerset and Devon tourist attractions.

The Lakeside Caravan Park is self sufficient with a shop, laundry area and pub and is open from March to New Year. When Butlins entertainment or facilities are closed during this period the caravan park offers excellent budget accomdation for those just wanting to enjoy the local area. Accomodation only breaks on the caravan park have full use of the fishing lake plus it's location is in walking distance to the golf course, beach, steam railway and town centre. How to get there

By car heading North take the M5 to Taunton (J25), then the A358 and A39 to Minehead. Heading South on the M5 follow the signposts for the A39 from junction 24. Butlins Minhead is half a mile along the sea front road from Minehead town centre.

By rail take the train to Taunton which is the closest mainline station to Butlins Minehead. From there you can take the number 28 bus heading for Minehead and the final stop is inside the resort. This journey is one and a half hours.
