Payment Options

For your convenience we now have an online payment option.

If a holiday break is available and you would like to secure your booking you can book online, send a cheque/postal order or a bank transfer. For bank transfer details please call 01452 332311 for more information or email: enquiries@butlinsholidaycaravans.co.uk. If your break is more than six weeks away you can secure your booking with a £100 booking deposit and pay the rest six weeks before your break. Please note we require a £100 returnable security bond with any booking which is returned within two weeks after your stay providing there is no damage.

Please note if paying by paypal/credit card there is an additional 3% administration fee, please add this to the holiday total.

How to book online:

1. Check availability.
2. Read our Terms and Conditions.
3. Calculate cost of holiday including any discounts and add the 3% administration fee.
4. Fill in a booking form per caravan indicating caravan choice the total cost and payment method.
5. Email or post booking form (if by post please email brief details so your payment can be identified and date secured).
6. Use the link below to proceed with your payment.
   • Enter the holiday dates in the item description box plus caravan choice and your name.
   • If less than six weeks before break full payment is required plus a £100 security bond (security bond can be a separate cheque posted with your booking form).
   • If over six weeks until the break you can secure your booking with a £100 booking deposit, the remainder plus security bond will be due six weeks before your break. Please note your booking deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.
