TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRICES
Include pillows, duvets, gas, electric, water and free Butlins passes for fair rides, water world, and daytime and evening entertainment (unless you are booking an accommodation only break). Any changes to the advertised entertainment or facilities, on the resort, are beyond our control, and we cannot accept any responsibility for this. Occasionally certain events such as some Arena Events, Spring Harvest, Elim Conference, HOGS require additional tickets which can be purchased separately from Butlins Holiday Shop. Please check for additional charges with Butlins prior to booking. We do not include holiday insurance, bed linen, soaps, toiletries, towels, washing up liquid, tea towels, J-cloths, etc. Butlins have a hire shop on site where linen, towels, cots, pushchairs etc. can be hired. Prices are based on up to 6 persons. The maximum occupancy is 8 persons over 6 persons is not permitted unless authorised by the owners and may incur an additional charge. If making a payment via paypal/credit card there is an additional 3% charge.
BOOKINGS
The person booking the holiday must be over 25yrs. The full cost of the holiday booking plus the returnable deposit is required at least 6 weeks prior to your holiday; we reserve the right to re-let the caravan if full payment has not been received in time. The caravan can sleep up to 8 guests if the pull out bed in the lounge is used. No more than eight guests can occupy the caravan as this is in breach of site rules and you will be asked to leave site immediately. All occupants must be named on the booking form. Last minute bookings within six weeks prior to start of holiday must be paid in full immediately. We do not offer refunds. Prices are based on up to 6 persons an additional payment may be charged for additional guests. If making a payment via paypal/credit card there is an additional 3% charge.
DEPOSIT
A £100 deposit must be paid and returned with the booking form within 7 days to confirm your booking. The booking deposit is non-refundable. If you do make the final payment in time your holiday will be cancelled and your booking deposit will not be returned.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
An additional £100 security deposit is required with the full balance paid by cheque. This cheque will not be cashed (with the exception of adult only weekends) and will be returned within 14 days after your stay provided the terms and conditions have been adhered to and there is no damage to the caravan.
KEYS
Caravan keys are collected from Security at the East Gate. If you lose the keys or they are not returned a call out charge for spare keys will be taken from your security deposit.
ARRIVAL
The caravan will not be available until at least 2.30pm. If you arrive early please collect your passes and make use of Butlins facilities until the caravan has been cleaned and checked over. Do not enter the caravan before 2.30pm as the cleaners have their own keys and we can not guarantee the caravan has been cleaned and checked before this time. Enter Butlins via the East Gate entrance.
DEPARTURE
On day of departure keys must be returned to the Security Hut by 10am. The caravan will be checked at the end of your stay. Caravans should be left in a clean and tidy condition.
PARKING ARRANGEMENTS
The caravan has a designated numbered parking bay for one vehicle only. You will feel very smug when driving past all the chalet users struggling with their trolleys! If using more than one vehicle the main car park can be used. There is a strict 5mph speed limit and you can not use your car to park elsewhere within the resort. Please contact Butlins for advice if you have a Van, Motorbike or Motorhome they are not normally allowed on site.
BUTLINS POLICIES
Butlins policies and procedures must be adhered to otherwise you will be removed from the site. There is a strict NO loud noise/music after 11pm, drugs use/rowdy behaviour and ball games in undesignated areas. If guests are asked to leave the Caravan Park by Butlins Security for whatever reason, no refund of holiday costs will be given.
SMOKING
We operate a NO smoking policy within our caravan. Please do not leave cigarette ends outside the caravan area. If the cleaner reports smoking within the caravan your security deposit will not be returned to cover the costs of additional cleaning/ionisation. Please note this is our treasured family caravans we have an asthmatic child who can not be around cigarette smoke.
PETS
We operate a NO pets policy within our caravans. If the cleaner reports pets have been in the caravan your security deposit will not be returned to cover the costs of additional cleaning. Please note this is our treasured family caravans we have an asthmatic child who is triggered by pet hair.
DAMAGES
In the unlikely event of any loss or damage found upon your arrival, please report it to us immediately. The cost of all breakages or damages during your stay not due to normal wear or tear will be taken from the security deposit. We respectfully ask you to supervise children with felt tips/crayons etc as drawing on the caravan walls/furnishings could lead to a specialist clean or redecoration. All beds have waterproof coverings which must not be removed at any time. The cost to replace any mattresses soiled or damaged by removing these covers will be taken from your security deposit. Please ensure you provide your own linen so the mattress covers are not soiled otherwise cleaning costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
REFUNDS
Booking deposits are non-refundable. We can not refund the full holiday cost due to cancellations. However if a holiday is cancelled with six weeks notice we will endeavour to readvertise it. Only if it is resold will we refund the resale cost less advertising costs and the booking deposit
